I just got done voting, and it never felt so good to punch a piece of paper. I was surprised at the turnout –at 10:00 there was still an hour wait to vote. Needless to say, I’m very nervous and I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Go Kerry!

It’s not outright lying, but Bush’s assertion that Kerry raised taxes 98 times pushes the limit of honesty. You can see that this figure includes cloture votes, and counts separate votes for the same bill. It also includes beneficial tax increases that were used to balance the budget. Read about it here.
