I need to get back in the boat.<!-- X-spaminator-strike: whitelist, -3 --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: IP check --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: email check --><!-- X-spaminator-strike: empty field - author url, 1 --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: author url --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: comment body -->

As always...nicely put. It seems to be a carry over from our conversation
last Sunday. Aren't you glad you live in a blue state. Keep the brain working.

Steve,
For a hard-core libertarian, you'd be right at home out here. Still at the insurance place, I take it?
I have to say, one of the worst things about the place was the rabid fundamentalism of some of the employees. Really scary stuff.<!-- X-spaminator-strike: whitelist, -3 --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: IP check --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: email check --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: author url --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: comment body -->

A couple of friends attended Jesuit high schools and reported that their biology classes made no mention of creationism. Evolution was it. And, in one Jesuit religion class, great effort was made to disprove all of Jesus's miracles!

I find it ironic that my son's best bet for a science curiculum free of religious influences may be to send him to Catholic school!

It is also ironic that I write this within a stone's throw of a half dozen creationists.<!-- X-spaminator-strike: whitelist, -3 --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: IP check --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: email check --><!-- X-spaminator-strike: empty field - author url, 1 --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: author url --><!-- X-spaminator-passed: comment body -->
